The Pacific Design Center is seeking volunteers for our WestWeek program and interns for our Design Loves Art program. Pacific Design Center is the west coast’s leading resource for the professional interior design trades with more than 120 showrooms and 2,200 interior product lines. Showcasing a 1.2 million square foot campus on 14 acres, the PDC also serves the needs of the design, entertainment and arts communities featuring MOCA Pacific Design Center, an outpost of The Museum of Contemporary Art; and three restaurants (Red Seven & Spectra by Wolfgang Puck, Design Café). Volunteer Opportunity for PDC’s WestWeek, West Hollywood
The Pacific Design Center is seeking volunteer superstars for WestWeek 2011, a two day event including 30+ showroom programs, open houses, book signings and parties. We anticipate additional 1500-2000 design professionals to attend. This opportunity is the perfect way to gain experience and build a professional network while learning what a career in interior design might hold in store for you. A positive attitude is a must. We need candidates to commit to volunteer meetings prior to the WestWeek event on March 23rd and 24th. Intern Opportunity for PDC Design Loves Art Program in West Hollywood
The Pacific Design Center is seeking volunteer superstars for our Design Loves Art program including organizing events, coordinating press out reach and planning gallery openings. This opportunity is the perfect way to gain experience and build a professional network while learning what a career in the art world might hold in store for you. Interns gain access to the multitude of opportunities throughout the Design Center in the interior design, public relations and art gallery professions. A positive attitude is a must. We need interns to commit to 15 to 20 hours a week.
