IIDA Southern California Chapter has announced The International Interior Design Association Southern California Chapter Student Scholarship Competition. You may enter by printing their PDF Entry Form. Applications are due February, 5 2010 with required documentation!
The 2010 Scholarship Categories are:
Stephanie Tarr Scholarship ($5,000)
more than half major units must be completed
well-rounded design experience
Illustrate design solutions experientially, socially, and technically
Junior Student Scholarship ($5,000)
Less than half required units completed
Potential for Design excellence displayed
Technology and Innovation in Interior Design ($5,000)
Open to all students
Illustrate ideas or integration of technology and design innovation
Social Relevance in Interior Design ($5,000)
Open to all students
Addresses soluatino to significant social or cultural issue
Eligibility: Undergraduate Interior Design students actively enrolled in a design program at a Southern California school or Univeristy. Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher, and must be an IIDA student member (can apply for membership with scholarship application).
