We are proud to announce that Angela Lee, a student who was just admitted to the UCLA Extension/Cal Poly Pomona Master of Interior Architecture program, is the recipient of the $500 NEWH Los Angeles Founding Chapter scholarship! “It is truly an amazing feeling to be recognized by such a great organization,” Angela stated.
Angela completed the Certificate of Interior Design and whole-heartedly recommends that anyone looking to pursue an interior design education choose UCLA Extension. “The instructors are working professionals with varying backgrounds and all have a great deal of experience. I find them an invaluable resource on the realities of working in the field,” she explains, “also, firms know about the quality of designers that graduate each year.” As someone who knew she wanted to pursue interior design since her junior year of high school, Angela was ready to jump right in. “I dove in headfirst and it has been the best decision I’ve made thus far.”
