Course Spotlight: Elective Courses

Hello all! Arc_ID Winter 2010 enrollment has already begun online and many of the required classes are filling up quickly! You can also enroll by calling 310-825-9971. (If you haven’t enrolled yet, do it NOW!) However, we want to remind students about the 12 units of required electives and give you a taste of what options are available to you in Winter quarter.

Exciting Winter electives include: Advanced Drawing & Rendering Techniques with Alex Dorfman, Design in Venice: A Walking Tour with Michael Hricak (that’s Venice, California!), Early American Furniture & Decorative Arts with Eleanor Schapa, Feng Shui: A Morning Introduction with Dr. Simona Mainini, Advanced Kitchen Design with Donald Silvers (which requires previous knowledge of drawing and drafting), the Internship program (which is recommended for more advanced students) and MORE! For a full listing of course offerings see the online page or pick up one of the printed catalogs, which will be released November 11th and can be viewed online HERE right now! (Elective courses are always listed under “Architecture and Professional Development” or “Home Decorating and Design.”)
