Interior design services for two buildings with 147 studio apartments and extensive common space including offices for supportive services staff, meeting rooms, a dining hall, computer lab, and multipurpose rooms. Furniture for studio apartments will be specified by owner, and durability and functionality must be taken into consideration for all spaces.
The goal is to make the buildings (once hospitals) into warm, inviting, bright and joyful spaces that make residents and staff proud, encourage joy and healing, and are functional and adaptable for the range of uses that will take place within them.

Is there a furnishings budget in place for purchasing and what is the approximate budget?
Yes, we will let you know prior to submitting a proposal.
Is there a design fee budget available?
Yes, we will pay hourly with a not to exceed amount not yet determined.
Would you only need help with specification of the furniture and accessories or would you need the designers to help with purchasing as well?
The unit furniture has already been specified. For the common areas/offices/classrooms/multipurpose rooms the owners will want to be consulted on furniture options to ensure durability and functionality. Designers will recommend furnishings and owner will handle the purchase.
The kick off meeting will be 12pm on Friday July 20th
